San Francisco is such a wonderful and vibrant city that I left a senior asset manager position in 1997 to focus on working locally.  In total, I have over 30 years’ experience working with commercial property owners to acquire, redevelop, manage and sell the many  opportunities my employers and clients invested in. While my expertise is largely based in asset and property management, I have been involved with every facet of this industry over the years.

 

Then, after six years in my most recent position as Director of Asset Services for CBRE, I saw an opportunity to leave fulltime employment behind and devote my passions and talents strictly to those special projects located right here in my own back yard.  After years of managing several teams that were responsible for over 6 million square feet of commercial real estate in the San Francisco area, I have witnessed so many wonderful things happening in our commercial districts.  I now want to share my time between consulting projects, to assist with the special needs that come up from time to time in the management of commercial property, and volunteer work with local organizations to build economic vitality in our underserved neighborhoods.

 

My extensive background in asset and property management allows me the ability to offer unique insight and creative solutions that will complement the owner’s vision and personal perspective while effectively blending these ideas with the daily operational needs of the business.  I have a knack for thinking “outside the box” to formulate plans and objectives that maintain a timely schedule while still remaining on budget.  I can also tackle a one-time special project and get it completed on time.  With so many professional relationships already established with area real estate developers, investors and managers, I have an arsenal of support that helps me to focus on the big picture, foreseeing potential obstacles and challenges well in advance, and implementing successful strategies to overcome them

 

With experience in all areas of real estate, including office, retail, industrial and healthcare asset and property management, I am fortunate to have recently been honored as one of The Most Influential Woman in Business for 2013 by the San Francisco Business Times.  Among my other professional achievements, I also received the Ray C. Nann Award for Distinguished Service from BOMA San Francisco and was awarded Director of the Year at my previous company, CBRE.
